Winter Arc field guides
Content reviewed
Find your next step through planning, practice, returning, reflection and paper handoffs.
Start with the question in front of you. These guides explain this tracker’s exact rules, including the limits that matter when your progress lives in a browser.
Design your 90-day arc
Count the dates, write observable rules and plan what to do after a missed day.
02 / CHOOSEPaper, tracker, or both?
Choose where to record, print a usable grid and avoid two conflicting histories.
03 / RECOVERBackups and missing progress
Follow a safe decision tree before replacing or clearing any local data.
Practice, then reflect
- Apply the reading rule pack and follow its complete example
- Apply the study rule pack: an attempt, a correction and a next step
- Connect daily notes to saved weekly and 30/60/90-day reviews
- Generate a separate October–December 92-day paper template
A five-minute weekly return
- Open your tracker. It resumes the date you last viewed; use Go to today when you want a fresh check-in.
- Look at each rule in the last-seven-day review, rather than treating the full 90-day percentage as a weekly score.
- Write one sentence about a useful adjustment. Save the note explicitly.
- Export JSON after meaningful changes and confirm the downloaded file exists.
There are no reminders, accounts or background notifications. Returning is your choice. You can bookmark this page using your browser.
Sharing a starting point
In the tracker, choose Share rules. Review the rule text, remove personal details, preview the complete file and download it. A recipient can import that template into a draft and choose their own dates. Personal backup files are for keeping or moving your own history.
