October–December: a separate 92-day paper template
Content reviewed
Two date promises need two different sheets. A 90-day arc can start on any date and ends 89 days later. October 1 through December 31 includes 31 + 30 + 31 = 92 dates, in every supported year.
This is an independent paper worksheet. It does not read, save, extend, replace or merge your active 90-day arc. It has no digital check-in or backup format of its own.
Decide which promise you mean
| Plan | Start | Inclusive finish | Length |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fixed arc | October 1, 2026 | December 29, 2026 | 90 days |
| Calendar season | October 1, 2026 | December 31, 2026 | 92 days |
| Fixed arc starting later | October 6, 2026 | January 3, 2027 | 90 days |
New Year’s Day can mean the moment after December 31 or a day you also record. If January 1 is included as a checked date, October 1 through January 1 is 93 dates. Write the inclusive end explicitly instead of relying on that phrase.
Use the paper template
- Choose a year and generate the dated rows. The preview contains three monthly tables for October, November and December.
- Print and write one to five rules in the numbered lines. Leave unused columns empty. Use a check for completed actions, R for a planned rest, M for a known miss and a blank when unrecorded.
- Use each month’s brief review space to write what helped and one next step. Month boundaries are not the same as the 90-day tool’s 30-day phases.
- Keep the paper as its own record. Do not import it as JSON or append its two extra dates to an existing arc.
If you start on October 15 and keep the December 31 finish, there are 78 inclusive dates left. The earlier rows are before your chosen start, not automatically missed. Starting October 15 with the fixed 90-day tool instead ends January 12 of the next year.
A monthly table may span multiple printed pages depending on print settings. Print preview is intended for A4 portrait; check your browser’s page count and margins. Actual printer output has not been verified. Blank templates contain no personal history. Reviewed October 5, 2026.
