Practise something you might actually want to say.
04Use this editable plan ↗Creates a draft with rules and milestones. Your existing plan stays saved.
Your daily practice
- Read or listen to one short passage
- Write a sentence using one useful expression
- Say that sentence aloud and note one correction
Three chapters with a result
Build ten sentences for a familiar situation
What did I want to say but could not yet?
Combine my sentences into a short exchange
Which expression did I reuse without looking?
Record a self-introduction and note what to practise next
Which situation should I practise next?
FICTIONAL WORKED EXAMPLE
What a useful adjustment looks like
Fictional example: Ren chooses ordering breakfast as a situation. The day’s note stores one sentence and one correction. The phase result is a short exchange Ren can revisit, not a fluency certificate.
Make this plan fit your day
Before starting, choose a real place and cue for the first action. Edit the rules to match what you can observe. Keep the date range explicit: the chosen start day is day 1, and day 90 is start + 89. If a commitment changes later, archive the plan and start another instead of silently rewriting its history.
Take it into a weekly review
Use one question above, read the saved notes, and write one next step. At a chapter boundary, inspect your evidence before marking a milestone complete. Export the plan JSON to keep milestones alongside check-ins, notes and reviews; a rules-only share file deliberately leaves those private fields out.
