FICTIONAL WORKED EXAMPLE
What a useful adjustment looks like
Fictional example: Jo leaves a file open with a one-line “resume here” note. After a missed day, the note helps identify the next action. This is a planning example, not treatment for attention or mental-health conditions.
Make this plan fit your day
Before starting, choose a real place and cue for the first action. Edit the rules to match what you can observe. Keep the date range explicit: the chosen start day is day 1, and day 90 is start + 89. If a commitment changes later, archive the plan and start another instead of silently rewriting its history.
Take it into a weekly review
Use one question above, read the saved notes, and write one next step. At a chapter boundary, inspect your evidence before marking a milestone complete. Export the plan JSON to keep milestones alongside check-ins, notes and reviews; a rules-only share file deliberately leaves those private fields out.
