Move between paper and your local plan

A concrete transfer checklist, with the 90/92-day boundary made explicit.

Choose the correct sheet first

A digital plan always contains 90 inclusive dates: start plus 89 is the finish. Starting October 1 ends December 29. The separate October–December blank template has 92 dates and ends December 31. It does not read or extend your digital plan.

Inspect content and actual page count

The 90-day print contains rules and dated marks, excluding daily notes and written reviews. Review worksheets include saved review text. Both may span pages. Check margins, complete rule wording and the last date in the actual print preview; three tables do not imply three physical sheets.

Transfer by date, then verify

Use this checklist: confirm the plan name and date range; select the exact paper date; enter checks or the deliberate rest/missed state; save any note; compare that day again. There is no image scanning or automatic reconciliation. Keep the sheet until you have checked the entered dates.

Keep a restorable copy separately

A printout or CSV is readable evidence, not a restorable library backup. Download the private library JSON before clearing browser storage. Different website addresses or browser profiles have separate storage, so transfer intentionally by file if needed.
