FICTIONAL WORKED EXAMPLE
What a useful adjustment looks like
Fictional example: Sam completes a problem but cannot explain the first step. He records the attempt, adds that gap to a note and retries a related problem next week. The milestone is an explained correction, not a promised grade.
Make this plan fit your day
Before starting, choose a real place and cue for the first action. Edit the rules to match what you can observe. Keep the date range explicit: the chosen start day is day 1, and day 90 is start + 89. If a commitment changes later, archive the plan and start another instead of silently rewriting its history.
Take it into a weekly review
Use one question above, read the saved notes, and write one next step. At a chapter boundary, inspect your evidence before marking a milestone complete. Export the plan JSON to keep milestones alongside check-ins, notes and reviews; a rules-only share file deliberately leaves those private fields out.
