For a small publication, use three pages for outline approval, draft handoff and release preparation. Put review dates in the grid and one outcome in each month's goal area. Mark dependencies in your own words rather than assuming everything can start at once.
What this preset changes
Three landscape Letter month grids start on Monday. Goals stay on, tasks are off, and mirrored margins alternate the wider edge. Undated mode gives three blank month forms; dated mode turns them into three consecutive calendar months from your chosen start.
A view of milestones, not project automation
No dates, dependencies or ownership are filled in. A delayed review does not move later items automatically. If you pin all three sheets side by side, standard margins may suit you better than the binding preset.
