See the commitments before adding work
For a proposal due Thursday, enter existing meetings first, then reserve a drafting session and a review session. Use the goal area for “send reviewed proposal” and the task list for small unscheduled actions such as requesting an attachment.
What this preset changes
One undated Letter sheet places seven days side by side in landscape orientation, with goals and tasks below. Monday starts the week. Standard margins keep space for writing when no binder is needed.
Keep the daily notes short
Seven columns leave limited room for sentences. This weekly page has no hourly scale and does not reserve calendar appointments. If meetings and focused work need separate time windows, use Workday time blocks for that day.
