Put preparation before the deadline
If a lab report is due on the 21st, mark that date, then add an earlier checkpoint for a complete draft and another for checking the results. Keep the goal “explain the findings clearly” separate from the submission task.
What this preset changes
One landscape A4 monthly grid starts on Monday, uses study labels and keeps goals and assignments. It opens undated: fill the dates carefully, or choose dated mode and the month you actually need to let the tool place dates.
Small boxes are for signposts
The grid is not a class timetable, holiday calendar or detailed revision schedule. Write short deadline labels here, then expand the next action on a weekly or daily page. Check the assessment date against your course's current instructions.
Follow monthly planning and use Study focus day when a checkpoint becomes today's work.
