Use the week as a short record
Try one sentence per day during a two-week personal project: what you attempted, what changed, and a next step if there is one. For a balcony planting project, Monday might read “repotted basil; check soil Wednesday.”
What this preset changes
Two undated portrait Letter pages retain the seven weekday areas and remove both goals and tasks. Monday comes first. A wider left margin makes room for punching on that side; it does not alternate for duplex pages.
Know when to add structure
There is no printed habit tracker, numbered journal prompt or repeated-event logic. If unfinished actions disappear in the notes, turn tasks back on. For duplex binding, switch from left to mirrored margins and test the physical page order.
The planning workflow explains how to review without copying everything forward; binding guidance covers the margin choices.
