What is saved
“Save settings on this browser” stores one version 3 record with fourteen layout/date fields: date mode, start date, year, weeks, first weekday, paper, orientation, goals, tasks, writing purpose, binding, planner format, layout and count. Version 1 and 2 records remain readable. Reading, importing and changing language do not rewrite them automatically.
My planners is a separate local collection of up to twelve records. Each contains your chosen name, settings, favorite status, save timestamps and an optional template reference. Favoriting a template also saves a record. The site does not record handwriting, notes on paper or downloaded PDF files.
Restore, back up and clear
Later edits are not saved automatically. Open a saved planner, edit it and save again to update it. Single settings and the collection have separate JSON backups; collection backups include names, so keep them yourself. Collection import validates a file and shows its record count before you confirm replacement.
Clearing single settings does not clear the collection; clearing the collection does not clear single settings. Neither deletes downloaded files. Clearing this site's browser data may remove both. Other people using the same browser profile may restore these records. Private mode or storage restrictions may prevent saving; PDF and JSON downloads remain available.
Sharing and returning from help
A prepared sharing link contains settings and a page number, not planner names. Values are in the URL fragment, which is normally excluded from HTTP requests, but browser history and anyone receiving the link can still read it. Language and print-help links may also carry a local planner ID so you can return to the same saved record. Ordinary sharing links exclude that ID. Nothing is sent automatically.
Storage belongs to a site origin and does not synchronize across devices, browsers or preview ports. Export JSON yourself and import it at the destination. Links to a local address work only where that address is reachable.
Hosting and visit statistics
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request paths and browser information to deliver and protect the site. Planner settings, names, JSON backups and PDFs remain on your device; the planning application does not upload them.
Google Analytics 4 measures page visits. Google may process browser/device information, IP addresses and cookies. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. The site sends clean page paths and excludes planner-setting fragments, saved names and downloaded files.
Plausible provides aggregate visit statistics using the tracking service configured through ShipSolo. Its standard script uses no tracking cookies. Hash routing, form measurement, outbound-link measurement and file-download measurement are not enabled by this integration.
Tracking scripts load only on the configured public domain, outside My planners, and respect a browser Do Not Track value of 1. Browser storage and tracking blockers may affect measurement. Cloudflare privacy · Google privacy · Plausible data policy.
Fonts and document limits
Chinese glyphs derive from Noto Sans SC, with the SIL Open Font License and source details included. PDFs are blank writing pages, not fillable or tagged accessible PDFs. Chinese uses vector outlines with Unicode hints and is not guaranteed searchable in every reader. See printing guidance.
